One or More Properties
Dubai Land Department states that one or more properties with a purchase value of at least AED 2,000,000 may support an application.
Mortgaged Property
A mortgaged property may be considered when the required bank no-objection letter shows the amount paid and outstanding balance.
Joint Ownership Share
For a share in jointly owned property, GDRFA states that the applicant's share must be worth at least AED 2,000,000.
